Day 2

8:45 am

Ok today could be a bit of a challenge, I am quite tired from last night, but I am still going to do my exercises, they will help to keep me going. It is a nice day out so I will be going for a walk at lunch time.

EXERCISE

10:45 Update
I was all jazzed up to exercise even before the reminder went off on my phone, I did:

  1. 60 Crunches
  2. 40 Reverse Crunches
  3. 20 Squats
  4. 40 Side leg lift
  5. 40 Rear leg lift
  6. 25 Wall pushups
  7. 15 Calf Raises
Total:
  1. 210 Crunches
  2. 40 Reverse Crunches
  3. 50 Squats
  4. 120 Side leg lift
  5. 120 Rear leg lift
  6. 65 Wall pushups
  7. 35 Calf Raises
The sunshine is calling my name, can't wait to get out for a walk at lunchtime!!!

12:50 Update

Went for a 15 min walk yay!!! What a nice day out!

4:53 Update

I had no internet all afternoon :(
But I still did my exercises, once again I was keen and started 15 mins early even! From now on I am just going to post the totals for my exercises to make it simpler for me.

  4. 200 Side leg lift
  5. 200 Rear leg lift

I had to lug a bunch of equipment to our Surrey office and unload the car then load the elevator and then move them down the hall. I am feeling great, and I would love to get out and enjoy the weather but I am needing a rest since I got little sleep last night.


FOOD
I needed hydration this morning and a bit of comfort food so I stopped at Starbucks for my venti passion tea lemonade with raspberry syrup. I will add water to it so that I can make it last and so that I get more water in me as well. I also got a multigrain bagel but I only used less than 1 pack of the cream cheese.

I don't have anything here to eat for lunch but I may head up to the IGA and get some lean cuisine or a salad, time will tell.

TGIF!!!! I would like to think that after work I could go rollerblading since it is so nice out but I think that I will be pretty wiped out after work, but you never know. If I don't get out there today then I will go tomorrow!

10:45 Update
I wasn't hungry at 10, maybe the PGX is kicking in, but I ate anyways so that I will not be too hungry at lunchtime. I had 12 wheat thins. I am still working on the passion tea, but I have added water to it a few times already so I am getting the liquid in. I have to kick it up a notch though!

12:50 Update
Went out for chinese, but I still behaved myself. I took my PGX, had a jasmine green tea and a small wonton soup and grilled sesame chicken skewers. I need to go fill up my water bottle, including the tea I am only on #2.

4:53 Update
I went out to the walmart on the way home and I wasn't sure what I wanted for dinner but I found a healthy frozen chicken pasta bag thingy which is appealing since I am way too pooped to cook. I just had 14 multigrain melba toast and a glass of wine. I am going to enjoy some much needed me time and I am going to have dinner in a little while then one more snack and I am good for the whole day! I am pleased so far with my progress and I think that blogging is really going to help me. I am taking myself on like a project and I am going to stick with it, but be realistic as well and if I fall down I will get right back up!

Next day Update
Well last night I ended up getting pizza but it was friday and so I deserved it. I did get multigrain thin crust BBQ chicken so it is not too bad, plus I fed the leftovers to John so there is nothing waiting for me in the fridge. I had more water in the evening as well. All in all I think it was a good day!

  2. PGX is wonderful! It is a fiber pill that balances blood sugar, makes you full and reduces cravings. I took it last year and it worked well for me.
