Day 33 - Cleanse Day 5 (Late)

Yesterday was nuts at work and stressful, stayed on track with the cleanse and diet, but didn't get much exercise.

I had oatmeal and fruit with a couple nuts for breakfast. Lunch was crab on a ww tortilla with eggless mayo. I also had a few soynuts and peas (like wasabi peas but with no spice), snack was my protein smoothie. I also had some multigrain melba toast at some point. Dinner was breakfast with turkey bacon, fritatta with peppers, tomatoes and onion, with flourless sprouted toast. I also had a fruit leather bar for a snack.
