Busy Busy BUSY!!! No time for exercise yet, but I am super sore from the other day, I will do my best to get some in but right now I am not sure when.
Breakfast was supposed to be a smoothie but John didn't put the blade in the blender so it leaked out EVERYWHERE! So I threw together yogurt, kashi cereal, an apple and fruit leather bits. Snack was melba toast and a few nuts. Lunch was plain tuna and toast with veggies and a few nuts. Snack will be the protein smoothie, water is going fairly well. Dinner will be chicken and ??? We will see.
