Well I think that for the first 30 days it was really helpful to keep a detailed journal of exercise and food. Now I am finding it too time consuming. I will still check in, and I am still doing well, but I think that I will check in weekly, I will check back in on Friday for a weekly check in of what is going well, and what needs improvement.
I am doing a 30 day challenge on the Wii with the Active game and it is going well, I have been swimming, walking and lots of good stuff like that. I am hoping to make it back to yoga tonight but something always seems to get in the way.
Anyhow, back on friday for more updates!
