Well last week was pretty good! I am going to try and keep a food journal this week as I am starting to slip a tiny bit, but I am still doing very well. I lost 3 lbs last week!!! I will probably put the journal in my notebook as it is quicker than coming on here, but maybe I will be able to transfer it over once a day or a couple times a week.
I am doing great on my 30 day challenge on Wii active, I passed the 1000 calorie mark yesterday and really gave it my all with the running. John and I also went out for 2 walks yesterday.
Today we are going to tackle the housework and also I need to do my wii workout and if we have time we will be swimming as well.
