Day 10

Well I totally skipped yesterday, it was a busy day and I didn't feel like being online much. I still stayed mostly on track with food but I didn't do much exercise. I was exhausted and I had to drive around a lot. I am also a bit sore from everything but I am going to do some exercise at 10 am today.
9:40 Update
Well I was motivated early so I bounced for 5 mins on an exercise ball then did 30 crunches and 20 pushups on it, then I did some of my other exercises, here is my new total:
  1. 1155 Crunches
  2. 540 Reverse Crunches
  3. 305 Squats
  4. 660 Side Leg Lift
  5. 560 Rear Leg Lift
  6. 200 Calf Raises (I am stopping these, my calves are muscly enough!)
  7. 360 Wall Pushups
  8. 80 Jumping Jacks
We are hoping to go swimming today (and IKEA!!!)
5:45 Update
Swimming was fun and good exercise I think! Ikea was also fun but not as good exercise (though I guess walking counts)

I am having a piece of multigrain toast with a tbsp and a half of peanut butter, a large glass of water with lemon and I took my PGX.

Lunch was a cheese quesadilla on multigrain tortilla. I have had lots more water, oh and snack was craisins. I made a mexican salad for an appy and John is making a chicken stir fry with brown rice. I have had a couple glasses of red wine and I may have bought a box of white. My folks are out of town so what can you do.
Next Day Update
Ya after the wine (an perhaps something else that makes you hungry) I ate some chocolate and some candy, but now it is all out of the house and I won't buy any more!
