Day 22

I am going to make this quick, went for a bike ride, did a bunch of exercise ball stuff and did a bunch of crunches, I am not going to add anything to the total since it is the weekend and I am busy. I also jumped on the trampoline.

I am on my 3rd bottle of water, I had a bit of soy chai for breakfast then I had a vache cheese after my bike ride. I made a spinach salad with boiled egg for lunch, I had a few cashews and extra veggies for a snack. I made smoothies also for a different snack.
Dinner was multigrain pizza and I had a small amount of candy for dessert.
